Ahead of your decorator arriving, all personal possessions, technology and small furniture needs to be removed from your room. This includes light fittings, all pictures/artwork, rugs and small items of furniture, for instance bedside tables, dining room chairs, chests of drawers and televisions.
Heavy, large pieces of furniture such as beds, wardrobes and sofas can remain in the room. Your decorator will protect them ahead of starting the project if they cannot be removed.
All floors and carpets will be covered and protected. This also includes heavy furniture items such as beds, wardrobes and sofas.
All personal and high-value items should be removed ahead of your decorator arriving This avoids the risk of any potential damage to items. All surfaces not being painted will be protected. Your decorator will leave your property as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day.
