We have an experienced team of high skilled professionals who specialise in decorating residential properties. Whether it’s your first home or your forever home, we’ll take care of all your decorating needs.

Are the decorators employed by you?

Yes, all of our experienced decorators are directly employed by Bell Group.

Can I leave decorator’s on their own to work?

Absolutely, our team are more than happy to work alone at your property. They are all background checked and have a valid CRB check.

How do I pay for my project?

We require 10% of the total project cost to be paid when your quotation is accepted. The final balance is due on completion of works completed.

Can I spread the cost of my payment?

We can take additional staged payments ahead of your project starting. Let us know and we will arrange this.

How long does it take to get started?

We aim to start the job at the time that best suits you. We will let you know our first available start date once your booking is confirmed.

Can I add additional rooms once I’m booked in?

Yes you can, simply email sales@paintmyhome.co.uk to discuss your additional requirements.

What happens if I change my mind?

You can cancel your booking and get a full refund of your deposit within 7 days of confirming your booking. You can also make changes and additions to your scheduled works.

Will the decorator move my furniture?

Ahead of your decorating arriving

All personal possessions, technology and small furniture need to be removed from your room. This includes light fittings, all pictures/artwork as well as rugs and small furniture. For instance, bedside tables, dining room chairs, chest of drawers and televisions. Heavy, large pieces of furniture such as beds, wardrobes and sofa’s can remain in the room. Your decorator will protect them ahead of starting if they cannot be removed.

How will my property & possessions be looked after?

All floors and carpets will be covered and protected. This also includes heavy items of furniture such as beds, wardrobes and sofa’s.

All personal and high value items should be removed ahead of your decorator arriving This avoids the risk of any potential damage to items. All surfaces not being painted will be protected. Your decorator will leave your property as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day.

How do I know what the best product is to suit my needs?

We use all the leading paint brands and are more than happy to give advice on the best product for your home. We will discuss your required finish, budget and needs.
